We identify the recurring decisions, audiences and product questions the work must support.
Our approach
A dashboard earns trust when its definitions are explicit, its data is tested and every view has a job. Our process makes those foundations visible.
A four-part process
We identify the recurring decisions, audiences and product questions the work must support.
We follow each metric to its source, checking instrumentation, definitions and important edge cases.
We prototype views around real team conversations, refining hierarchy before polishing presentation.
We test, document and hand over the work with practical rituals that help it remain useful.
Access to relevant analytics and data owners; one accountable product lead; representative questions from product, design and leadership; and timely feedback during review points. We can work with common product analytics and BI platforms, but platform migration is quoted separately if it becomes necessary.
You retain ownership of all engagement-specific dashboards, taxonomies and documentation after final payment. We ask before using anonymised patterns or outcomes in teaching or marketing, and a refusal never affects the engagement.
Your next step
A short conversation is usually enough to define whether the issue sits in measurement, reporting or team practice.
